Conscious Boundaries: Your No, Decluttering & Liberation, 1 May

Understand what a healthy No feels like, gain a new take on Decluttering, and learn to Liberate Yourself (instead of waiting around for somebody else to do it)!

Many of us grow up believing that we are not 'allowed' to say No, that it makes us selfish, mean, self-centered, or wrong. An underdeveloped No opens us up to people pleasing, feeling drained or over-burdened. We feel overwhelmed with too much to do, without enough time, and our lives become full of what others want, while we exclude our own wishes and desires.

During our time together, we will address the aspects within you that feel weakened or undermined, disempowered or small. We will address the fears of saying no, while gaining understanding of the benefits and liberation that comes when you choose for yourself what to include, and what to release. This is your opportunity to unburden yourself, your space, your life, so that you can begin to expand into more freedom and the possibility of healthy choice. Saying No is your first step to freedom! 

Included in the event:

  • Understand what a strong, healthy No feels like, and how it begins to create spaciousness within your mind, body, and energy.
  • Change the narrative around how you might be perceived for saying No to an option that does not align. The story is your's to write!
  • Understand how clutter mirrors your inner world, and how addressing it changes how you feel in your body, mind, and physical environment.
  • Stop waiting for someone else to set you free. Your liberation begins with you, and you have the strength within you to begin. Be your own Super Hero and have fun with your newly remembered powers!

The invitation within the event is to evolve into the powerful, mature, beautiful being that you are! Our power is expressed through our choices and actions, and you get to choose it now! I can't wait to witness your inner and outer transformation!

 

Ways to prepare for the event (all optional, feel into what resonates, or add your own!):

  • Meditate on what you want to get from the event. Are you asking for answers, clarity, guidance for the next step? Are you open to healing, resolution, closure, an ending of cycles? What could be the best outcome for you?
  • Write a list of questions you would like to have answered, or areas you would like to explore. Journal, write, ask yourself what you are ready to receive or understand.
  • Spend time meditating on your beliefs around boundaries, choice, cause & effect, and the impact you feel able to create in your life.
  • Spend some time reflecting on what currently or historically feels misaligned within your relationships, health, work, body, perspectives, and emotional state.
  • Build an altar or prepare a space for the call. Some like to have pen and paper, others like to pull cards, light a candle, or meditate with a guide. Do what calls you!

You are welcome to send a question to Jennifer before the event. She will cover whatever aligns with the event's content, or may answer those questions into a future event that better resonates.

The event will be held live via Zoom for around 75 minutes, allowing you to integrate any guidance I transmit. The recording will be emailed out soon after we finish, but also held within the closed membership section for those of you who are a part of the ReMembering Collective
