Can you hold space for both the dream and the structure?

Uncategorized Jul 01, 2025

Hello beautiful beings, I hope the first weeks of Summer are bringing you brightness and clarity.

And if not - if things feel murky or uncertain - please know you’re not alone. Lately, I’ve been hearing a common thread from clients and friends alike: a strange, confusing push-pull energy rising within.

For some context: Saturn and Neptune have recently shifted into Aries together. That’s Cardinal Fire - energy that wants to start something, that craves momentum, clarity, and brave beginnings.

But Saturn and Neptune are wildly different companions.
Neptune dreams. It expands, flows, dissolves. It tunes us into intuition, spirit, the unseen.
Saturn builds. It grounds, defines, and strengthens. It wants structure, integrity, commitment.

So here we are, caught between the impulse to flow freely and the call to anchor deeply. Expansion and contraction. Vision and structure. The desire to leap, and the instinct to hold back and plan.

If you’ve been feeling that internal tug-of-war, you’re not crazy, and you’re not the only one.
Understanding the bigger energy picture helps us respond with more grace, instead of feeling like we’re thrashing upstream without a map.

So what to do with this?

Start with what feels split. Where are you hesitating? That might be an invitation to get still, zoom in, look at the details.
And where are you being nudged forward? That might be the whisper of courage calling. Maybe it’s time to begin, even if it’s a soft start.

One of our greatest soul lessons is learning how to stay with discomfort. Life doesn’t always offer clarity in straight lines. Contradiction is part of the dance. But when we pause to really listen - to feel our way through the mess of mixed signals - we find a deeper wisdom waiting.

It’s like walking down a busy street. At first, it’s just noise - horns, footsteps, chatter. But tune in, and suddenly you hear your name from across the road. A favourite song spilling from a shop door. The rhythm of your own footsteps keeping time.

This moment we’re in is not a simple one. But your presence in it, your attention, is what makes the difference. The path reveals itself to those willing to walk with complexity, not avoid it.

In the coming days, I invite you to sit with these questions:

  • When life feels unclear or ungrounded, what practices help me come back to centre?

  • Instead of resisting the chaos, how can I listen for the clarity within it?

  • If I wasn't afraid of complexity, what might I appreciate or even love about it?

  • How can I fine-tune my intuition, so I can hear the resonance beneath the noise?

These are beautiful questions for uncertain times.

We’re living through an era of deep transformation. And yes, it can be easy to lose your head - but maybe that’s the point. Maybe we’re meant to drop down into our bodies. Into the inner knowing that doesn't need a five-step plan.

So this week, give yourself time. Drop into your breath. Let your body speak. Let your intuition lead. The guidance is there.

Sending you blessings for grounded growth… and just enough clarity to take your next beautiful step.
