Yet the guides we trust most are rarely the ones who seem untouched. They are the ones who have met their own wound and turned toward it, and found it was not the obstacle to their work, but the very ground it grows from.
The Warrior and the Weaver: a free gathering
On Wednesday 7 October, from 7-8pm UK time, I'm opening an hour on Zoom to sit with the myth of Chiron and Chariklo. Chiron was the wounded healer, who carried a wound that would not close and became one of the greatest teacher the ancient world had known. Chariklo was the weaver, who held the patience to gather threads of fate, and make something whole of them. Together we'll explore what it means to hold both the blade and the thread: the part of you that fights and protects, and the part that tends and mends. We'll look at how these two forces move within anyone called to lead, heal or teach. At the close, I'll share a little about the journey that begins the following week, for those who feel its pull.

Leading from Within: From Wound to Wisdom to World
One week later, on Wednesday 14 October, we begin. Leading from Within is a seven-week archetypal initiation for healers, leaders and teachers. It's held live on Wednesday evenings from 7 to 9pm UK time, running through to 25 November.
We begin at the threshold of the wound itself, tracing the family stories, early patterns and longings for belonging that shaped how you learned to show up in the world. From there we follow the karmic cycles and inherited roles we keep returning to, until we can see them clearly enough to choose differently. In the middle weeks we enter specifically chosen archetypes, first releasing the outworn stories we were handed, then meeting the shadow within them and moving between their polarities toward integration. As the season deepens, we turn toward the call: what it is to be summoned into service, and what changes when we guide from wisdom rather than from the wound. Chiron and Chariklo return near the end, as the wound and the gift find their union. On our final evening you will build your own archetype, a living form for the leader, healer and guide you are becoming.
This is not a course to consume, but an initiation to be lived, woven through with live coaching and real conversation, so that what moves in the circle meets the reality of your life and your work. For those who journeyed with me previously through a similar iteration, this is new ground. The sessions are longer, the work goes deeper, and the container has grown into something of its own.
