Flow, Performance, + Leadership -
On-site work in flow, focus, and leadership - for teams and leaders navigating real pressure.
Sustained performance under real pressure isn't built by working harder. It's built through focus, recovery, and decision-making states that can be trained - the same science that underpins elite sport and high-stakes leadership, applied to how your people actually work.
I bring this work directly into organisations, on a schedule that fits how you operate: a single pilot day, a seasonal rhythm, or a regular presence across the year.

Three Ways to Work Together
🜃 Flow & Performance Day
For teams and the wider organisation
A group day exploring the science of flow, focus, and performance under pressure - practical, grounded, and immediately applicable to how your team already works.
Why organisations choose this first: it's the lowest-friction way to bring this work in-house. Everyone in the room benefits at once, the investment is easier to approve internally, and it gives your people a shared language for talking about focus and performance long after the day ends.
Pilot rate: £900–£1,000 per day Standard rate: £1,200–£1,400 per day
🜄 Leadership Day
Leading Through Fire - for management and senior leaders
A day built specifically for the demands of leadership: making sound decisions under pressure, leading with authenticity rather than performance, and building the resilience that sustainable leadership actually requires.
Why this matters for your senior team: leadership carries a different weight than individual performance - the cost of a poor decision, a depleted leader, or a team that's lost trust in its management is high. This day addresses that weight directly, with tools built for people already carrying real responsibility.
Pilot rate: £1,000–£1,200 per day Standard rate: £1,400–£1,800 per day
🜁 Performance Day
Five confidential sessions, on-site
A day held for five individual sessions - booked in advance or held open - for anyone in your organisation who books in. The company invests in the day; the people who use it get uninterrupted, confidential time to work through what group settings can't reach.
Why 1:1 goes deeper: confidentiality changes what people are willing to bring into the room. In a group setting, people manage how they're perceived. In a private session, they can be honest about what's actually not working - the decision they're avoiding, the pattern that's driving burnout, the thing they haven't said to anyone at work. That honesty is where the real movement happens.
Pilot rate: £750–£850 per day Standard rate: £950–£1,200 per day
🜂 A natural path, if you're not sure where to start: many organisations begin with a Flow & Performance Day for the wider team, follow with a Leadership Day once senior leaders have seen the value directly, and introduce 1:1 access for individuals who want to go further. Each stands alone - start wherever makes sense for where you are.
My Philosophy
Leadership is an act of service rooted in integrity and vision. It asks us to grow through our edges, to set boundaries that empower both ourselves and the people we lead, and to lead with courage, authenticity, and respect. My work draws on decades as a teacher and entrepreneur, alongside specialised training in flow states, performance psychology, and leadership development - helping leaders move past fear, redefine their role, and lead with clarity and impact.
I bring integrity, sincerity, and respect to every session, holding space for real growth to emerge. My work is rooted in decades of expertise, including training with Jamie Wheal and the Flow Genome Project, and advanced studies in altered states and transpersonal psychology through the Alef Trust. This holistic approach addresses mind, body, and mindset together, so change reaches beyond the surface - helping you move into a way of working defined by clarity, energy, and purpose.

Background
My work is grounded in the science of flow - the psychology and physiology of peak performance states, developed through training with Jamie Wheal and the Flow Genome Project - and in what it takes to build a life and working rhythm that actually produces flow, rather than chasing it under pressure.
Underneath that is a more holistic lens: two decades working with the subconscious drivers of motivation, focus, and burnout, so the shift isn't cosmetic but lasting. I hold a BSc in Psychology and a Professional Certificate in Altered States and Transpersonal Psychology, and have taught internationally on leadership, flow, and performance since 2012.

Since experiencing a session with Jennifer, my life has never been the same – I feel like I’ve joined a wonderful super highway of peace, happiness and abundance, that I can access at any time! Jennifer is one of the most naturally gifted and generous practitioners I know, she connects really well with others, and gets great results. My session with her was both amazing and profound. I’d thoroughly recommend her as a therapist and business partner.

Classroom of Hope 2020
Over the course of 2019, I used my business to raise funds, to help build a school in Cambodia! A group of Entrepreneurs, mainly based in Scotland, teamed up to raise £45,000, to build a school in rural Cambodia, an area that needs support and resources the most.
I chose to support Classroom of Hope and their efforts to build schools around the world because their values align with mine. I believe that educating girls changes the world. By providing schools, the risk of trafficking is greatly reduced, and the opportunities increase exponentially.
We were able to visit the school in January 2020, to connect with the children and the families within the community. The experience of connecting with the team, raising the funds, and travelling to warm and welcoming Cambodia, was all so wonderful, that I have agreed to join another project!
Lombok, 2022:
Over the past few years, I have helped to lead a team in raising money to build a school in Lombok, Indonesia, where schools were destroyed by earthquakes in 2018.
We are delighted that our school is the second in the world built using brand new technology, creating bricks with recycled plastic! These bricks are earthquake resistant, which will help to ensure that the school lasts for many years! If you'd like to learn more about the school, please click HERE. To see a short video of the school being built (it's SO cool!), you can watch below -
Business for Good
I am a member of B1G1, because I whole-heartedly believe that business can bring about meaningful change and good in the world!
Every time a session or event is booked with me, I give through B1G1 toward the Global Sustainable Development Goals. The projects supported can vary, but usually connect with Quality Education, Good Health & Wellbeing, or Reducing Inequalities.
Over the past few years, most of my contributions have gone to Free to Shine in Cambodia! I was fortunate enough to visit the organisation in Siem Reap in January 2020, and was able to see first hand the impact of their services. This group is dedicated to ensuring that girls in the surrounding communities are in school (which greatly reduces the risk of trafficking), providing support for families, clean water, bicycles, and other necessary services to keep girls safe and in education.
I continue to choose projects and services that resonate with my deeply held senses of dignity, humanity, and a desire to help elevate those who have not had the opportunity in the past.
