Full Moon in Aries: Fuel for Your Next Beginning

I don’t know about you, but the past six weeks of Eclipse Season have been a ride. Highs, lows, breakthroughs, heartbreaks - the full human experience with questions answered, and new ones rising. But beneath the swirl, something beautiful has been happening: many of us are watching old doors close - outdated habits, self-sabotage, ways of thinking that just don’t fit anymore. And when a door closes, it’s because a truer option wants in.

I’ve been meditating on what’s next. Eclipse Season officially wraps with the Aries Full Moon early Tuesday morning (4:47 BST) - a Super Full Moon, the first of three in a row. I have a feeling we’re ending this cycle with a bang… or maybe a full emotional release. (We’ll see how it lands.)

This is Cardinal energy, the energy of beginnings, emergence, renewal. A blend of Air (Libra Season) and Fire (Aries Moon), a cosmic invitation to recalibrate how we relate… both to ourselves and to each other.

Libra is the mirror - our relationships, our patterns of giving and receiving, the balance of power and expression.
Aries is the flame - the self, the spark of individuality, the courage to say this is who I am.

If you tend to lose yourself in relationships, to people-please, to dim your light, to contort for connection, this Full Moon is a homecoming. The fire is calling you back to yourself.

Air can fuel fire, or blow it out. The dance is delicate. The same breeze that extinguishes a flame can also help it burn brighter.

Healthy relationships feed our fire. They awaken new worlds within us. As Anaïs Nin wrote:

“Each friend represents a world in us, a world possibly not born until they arrive, and it is only by this meeting that a new world is born.”

Our relationships matter, not only for joy and belonging, but because they help us discover who we really are.

Take some time today to meditate on your connections, with others, with life itself.
What have your recent conversations revealed about you?
What truth has been mirrored back?
And what new world is waiting to emerge from your connection?

This lunation invites us to play with polarity, the I and the We, independence and interdependence.
Ask yourself:
Who am I without others?
Who am I because of others?

These are the threads we’ll be weaving over the next few weeks and beyond. Get intentional about the quality of relationships you’re creating. The energy you choose now will set the tone for what unfolds next.

Here are a few questions to guide your reflection:

• Which qualities in me remain steady and clear, no matter where I am or who I’m with?

• What types of people help bring out my best — and why?

• What wants to emerge and grow within me over the next six months?

• What kind of support will help make that possible?

This week, zoom out. See yourself from a higher perspective, and notice how your energy shapes what meets you.
Where are you carrying what no longer serves you?
Where could your boundaries firm up to create more breathing space?
Let your intuition lead as you begin to shift. Even small changes can transform how you show up, and how you’re seen and received, in the months ahead.

Get curious. Be loving. Be honest.
You’re allowed to choose lighter, truer, more life-giving connections.
