Across two powerful evenings, we’ll explore the anatomy of intuition, the language it speaks, and how to access it with clarity and confidence. You’ll experience healing, guided meditation, and teachings designed to help you reconnect with your intuitive self, without overwhelm, without overthinking, and without needing to “get it right.”

Preparing for the Event: Practical, Mental, and Physical Tips + Suggestions
- Clear Your Schedule: Create space before and after the event for reflection and integration. Avoid overloading your calendar.
- Set an Intention: Spend time considering what you’d like to gain from the experience. Write it down to anchor your focus. You're also welcome to share your intentions in the chat at the beginning of each online event.
- Prepare Your Environment: Find a quiet, comfortable space with minimal distractions. Light a candle or use incense to create a sacred atmosphere. Grab a journal, pen, cup of tea, pull a card, and settle in.
- Practice Presence: Spend a few minutes each day leading up to the event in mindfulness or meditation to center yourself.
- Release Expectations: Come with an open mind and heart, ready to receive whatever unfolds.
- Declutter Your Mind: Journal any worries, to-do lists, or thoughts that might distract you. This can help you enter the event with clarity.
