The Inner Temple

A spring container for the cultivating of sacred ground

A temple is not built in a single ceremony. It is built in the ordinary choices - what you eat, how you regulate, where you draw a boundary, how present you allow yourself to be on an unremarkable Tuesday. Spring is where those choices stop being maintenance and become architecture.

The Inner Temple is a container for treating your own body and days as sacred ground - not as a metaphor, but as a practice. After Autumn's wound work and Winter's understanding of timing and cycles, Spring turns inward and makes it livable: this is where insight becomes daily form, and where the life you have been building finally becomes a place you can actually live.

What This Container Holds

Purification and Practice. Grounded self-care as ongoing practice rather than occasional repair - the foundational rhythms that keep a life clear enough to build on.

Nervous System Healing. Regulation as the ground beneath everything else. Before boundaries or presence or flow can hold, the Nervous System has to be capable of holding them.

Boundaries as Daily Architecture. Boundaries reframed away from protection alone and toward creation - the specific, daily choices that determine the quality of a life, and that allow you to manifest and create from a focused, empowered place rather than a depleted one.

Life as Living Ceremony. The cultivation of life itself as ceremony - deep presence in the present moment, not as a separate practice but as the way ordinary time is held.

Flow and Altered States. Practices for entering flow states and altered states, and - just as important - Creating Form for Flow: the healthy foundations and structures that allow Intuition to move without overwhelm or obstacles.

Heaven to Earth. The temple made literal - body and life as the actual site of the sacred, heaven invited into the everyday rather than reserved for retreat or ceremony alone.

Purpose and Dharma. All of it in service of one clarity: the focus and space this foundation creates for finally understanding your Purpose and Dharma.

Who This Is For

This container is for leaders, healers, and space holders who have done the wound work and understood their timing, and are ready to build the daily foundation that makes a sustainable practice - and a sustainable life - possible. You already know how to hold space for others. Spring is where you build the temple you actually live in.

Spring completes a longer arc. This container is the third of three seasons - following Wounds to Wisdom in Autumn and Cycles of Living in Winter - held together for those who've walked the whole year to arrive here.

"I have worked one-to-one with Jen for a number of years and she has provided unwavering support during major life changes and challenging experiences. Her laser-like intuitive guidance and vast knowledge is a special gift, and her calm, grounded and playful approach has helped me to shift perspectives and root into a healthier mindset and embodiment around who I am being and how I’m choosing to live. Since working with Jen, I’ve noticed the courage to lean into my unique version of leadership and expression has expanded, which has improved the flow and success of my relationships, my business, happiness and overall sense of wellbeing. I would highly recommend joining Jen, either one-to-one or in one of her group programmes as a supportive structure for your own journey." -Emily Phillips

"I always enjoy working with Jennifer. She brings clarity and insight wrapped in fun and compassion, (to mention but two gifts she brings), but will challenge things that need challenged and be direct. I am very glad to have had the opportunity to work with her over the years, and would recommend her to anyone who feels lost and in need of guidance." -SM

This is the work of bringing heaven to earth - not as an idea, but as a steady foundation. Spring is when your temple is built, inside and out.
