Your ancestors walk with you still. Their wisdom lives in your bones, their resilience in your breath, their gifts woven so deeply into who you are that you may never have thought to call them by name. And carried alongside all of that: the echoes of struggles that were never yours to hold, vows spoken before you were born, obligations that somehow became your own without your consent. What if you could receive the blessing without the burden?
This is a weekend built around threshold of remembrance. Over two days together, we will walk toward what your lineage has been offering you all along.
We will sit with the karma that isn't yours to carry, releasing inherited pain and unspoken vows so they can finally rest. We will unlock what has been passed to you in your very DNA - the strengths, the wisdom, the skills that generations before you refined so that you might move further, faster, freer. We will practice honouring your ancestry without being bound by it, choosing consciously which gifts to receive and when. We will remember, together, that this wisdom does not need to be earned through proving or striving or suffering - it is already yours. We will heal the old stories, the cycles of shame and superstition and punishment that were never truths, only inheritance. And we will set the boundaries that let you work with your ancestral guidance from a place of sovereignty rather than obligation.
Through ceremony, meditation, and deep energetic healing, we will bridge past, present, and future, so you can receive your ancestors' blessings while standing fully in your own becoming.
This is an initiation into liberation: a way of walking forward deeply connected, yet no longer entangled. And it is, too, an initiation into gratitude - because as you heal within yourself, that healing moves backward through the line as well. What you resolve here, your ancestors receive in turn.
We are all made of stories - but it doesn't mean that we have to follow someone else's. If you are unconsciously trying to fulfill an ancestor's wishes or dreams, if you are trying to 'right a wrong', you've become a character, playing a role in another's narrative. It is time to create your own!
Your Ancestors love and appreciate you, they want to support you in so many ways. When we lower the barriers and resolve our fears, we open ourselves up to the guidance and care that we have been refusing. Allow yourself to receive all that you have been asking for!

This weekend holds a sacred invitation to release, renew, and realign with your truest self. Through ceremony, meditation, music, and deep inner work, we will cross the thresholds that awaken the gifts within you, reconnect you to your roots, and call forth new ways of being.
What to Expect
We will work with the elements as our guides throughout the weekend. Fire to ignite your passion and burn away hesitation, so you can step into your brilliance. Air to breathe in clarity and expansion, elevating your thoughts toward higher wisdom. Earth to ground your intentions and connect you to the gifts your ancestors carried, so you can embody your deepest truths. Water to move you into emotional flow, surrendering what no longer serves so you can be reborn into wholeness.
At the centre of the weekend sits sacred ceremony - a space held for both endings and beginnings, for death and rebirth, where we resolve karma, release old obligations, and call in what wants to emerge instead. Around that ceremony, soulful teachings will expand your awareness and help you meet your own stories with new eyes; music, poetry, and blessing will carry you deeper than words alone could take you; guided meditation will lead you inward to realign with your essence and awaken what has lain dormant. We will draw on the breath, meditation, and music as the group calls for them, and we will close each thread with integration - grounding practices that let what you've moved through settle into how you live.
Samhain itself will hold us. This is the ancient threshold between the light and dark halves of the year, when the veil between worlds grows thin and our ancestors draw close. The sun moves through Scorpio in these weeks, the sign of descent, transformation, and what lies beneath the surface - to release rather than to gather, to let die what has finished its season, and to trust what waits to be born from that letting go. We will use this potent threshold to meet our lineage directly, within the stillness Samhain itself invites.
Themes We Will Explore
The Mother and Father Wounds - the conditioning around the feminine and masculine, the fixed roles and imbalances of power, the ways care, discipline, and authority were modelled for us long before we had any say.
Inherited Money and Wealth Patterns - debts and shame, the fear of having or of lacking, the grief of what was lost: land, home, name, belonging.
Conflict of Identity - the pull of holding differing cultures, nations, religions, and beliefs within one body, and the peace that comes from letting the best of all you are finally speak.
Suppressed Communication - the shame, the secrecy, the missing pieces of stories half-told, and the freedom in witnessing your ancestors as the complex, whole humans they were.
Fixed Duty, Sacrifice, and Obligation - the paths quietly cut off by believing you must fulfill a certain role, and the truth that a choice made from fear is not truly a choice at all.
The Burden to Heal the Family Line - the relief of understanding that as you heal yourself, that healing moves backward through the line as well; their karma was never yours to carry, only your own.

My approach draws from years of experience in subconscious healing, peak + flow performance, and altered states, combined with the wisdom earned from my journey as a healer and teacher. My training over the years has sharpened my understanding of Flow States, showing me how to harness the innate rhythms of life. My studies have supported to me deepen my practice, weaving the practical with the mystical. These experiences, paired with closely working with thousands of creatives and leaders, have taught me how to merge the spiritual and the human to create tangible transformation.
