What do you do with the parts of your story you'd rather not tell? | Autumn Offering

Today, under a Mars-ruled sky with the moon moving toward its last quarter, I'm opening the doors to something I've been building for a long time.

Over the years, the archetype of the Peaceful Warrior is one that I continue to revisit. I honour the duality of one built for battle, but who redirects that active, focused energy towards building, tending, nurturing. Archetypal work is always filled with polarities and dualities, which is what makes it so rich. The idea that we can take the shadow of a story and turn it into a strength is inspiring, it fills me with hope.

And so this Autumn, I will be offering a 7 week online group program, to walk us through the dualities of life and identity, so that we are no longer defined by them. And so that we can thrive within them.

The why behind it all: I've spent years watching brilliant, capable people - healers, leaders, teachers - hold the energy for everyone else, while struggling to manage their own in the background, as if it were something to keep small, and out of view. The reality is that our wounds were never meant to be managed - they're meant to be understood, worked through, and the wisdom shared. That's the whole premise of this container - healing as the foundation of real authority, that comes from having lived through something transformative, and then truly integrated it's lessons and gifts.

How this is different from past iterations of Wounds to Wisdom: If you've done this type of work with me before, under its earlier name, know that this is not that same program again. It's gone much deeper. Where the previous container moved through 5-6 weeks, this one unfolds across seven - with longer sessions that give the material room to breathe. The structure itself has evolved: we're working through new archetypal polarities, mythic pairings, and by the final week, building your own personal archetype from everything that's surfaced or evolved along the way. This is a distinct, more expansive offering - not a rerun for those returning, and a richer starting point for those arriving new.

Who this is for: This is for the healers, leaders, and teachers already holding space for others, who sense that their next level of impact requires going inward before it can move further ahead. It's for coaches, creatives, empaths, visionaries, and anyone standing at a crossroads who knows that understanding their story is of great value. We begin Wednesday, 14 October, running through 25 November, 7-9pm. The full investment is £650, or you can choose to make two payments of £325.
