When Life Begins to Reorder Itself

Over the past month, I’ve been decluttering and letting go. But last week, something deeply shifted. I’ve moved from decluttering into reordering.

It started with a single shelf, then the entire bookcase in my office. I approached it thinking I’d be pulling things off to give away or donate. Instead, I removed only a couple of items and realised the rest simply wanted a new order, a different placement. And it feels so much better.

Small change => big difference.

Now I can see that the decluttering of the past created the space for this moment.
I also see that I needed spaciousness for my awareness to move from release into reorganisation.
One naturally followed the other.

With this awareness of reordering, the shift has begun to expand into every area of my life. From the bookcase to everything. I’ve moved through almost every room in the house, making small adjustments that open the flow, each tweak creating more ease, more coherence, every item feeling like it finally makes sense.

And now I’m moving through my work, offerings, and containers with the same awareness. A few things will disappear, but much of the rest will simply shift into new places, settling into whatever feels most at home. Not a massive revamp, but a rehoming of what’s still alive and wanting to expand.

I’m not surprised this is happening. Every year, in its final week, I dedicate myself to a full reset - every aspect of my life. I revisit my physical care, the ways I nourish myself. I examine what wants to complete, and what wants to grow. Even though I don’t officially begin that process until the 26th, energetically things start moving weeks beforehand. Each time, the process becomes more graceful, more fun. I look forward to it more and more.
