This Apprenticeship has been built to support your progress, both as a soul, and a human being. Our year together will arm you with proven tools (that actually work), and a foundation of wisdom, resources, and steps to follow that will help you to embody your role as a healthy leader, and clear guide.
Over the years, we have forgotten the importance of apprenticing, not only to gain necessary knowledge, but also to ingrain it within us. We can recognise when a teacher truly understands the content, because they have lived it. We respect them and trust them more deeply for this. So many healers rush into the role without valuing the importance of their impact, and stumble along the way.
Our goal, together, is to face the obstacles and stumbling blocks head on, ensuring that as you step up into your Dharma, that you do so with the utmost integrity and respect for what you do and who you serve.
The why behind this offering...
I have witnessed incredible practitioners and artists struggle to maintain a strong centre as more extreme highs and lows are lived. I have witnessed incredible healers stumble and fall as they navigate dynamics with those they serve, having to face their blind spots and habits, without a helping hand.
The triggers for each of these can be a change in circumstances, stepping up into a greater arena, or deepening the work they offer. These events can be navigated with grace or without. As life offers change of circumstance, we are invited to meet it with a change in perspective, choice, mindset, and behaviour.
Most are able to navigate the smaller bumps with discernment, but with the bigger 'hits', can feel lost, ungrounded, or stranded. Our apprenticeship has been designed to see you through whatever life offers, but also to address the obstacles before they surface and overwhelm.
This apprenticeship includes the best of what I teach and offer, all in one container. I am proud of and passionate about every aspect of this offering, and hope that you love it just as much as I do!
A clear journey...
We will spend each month focusing on a specific theme, an area of healing and growth that surfaces with any courageous being that chooses to show up in a meaningful way. Our time together will include a deep dive into what holds you back, and planning your next leaps forward into greater creation. The areas of focus will include:
- Conscious Boundaries: This is often the biggest obstacle to success, because when the foundations are lacking, everything you build shifts in the sand. These lessons can be applied with those you serve, but also around your work (business, collaborations, how you choose your offerings), your personal relationships, and the energy you operate within.
- Hedonic Calendaring: Create a healthy structure for your life and your growth. When we consciously choose the ways we spend our time, we turn ourselves into a channel of health, wellbeing, a pathway for flow and success. Getting these foundations right for you will simplify your life, and open the way to greater healing, learning, grace, and fun.
- Increased Skill and Awareness: As an apprentice, you join our Seasonal Membership Container. Each season, includes taught content and practice, 3 months covering Intuition, Conscious Boundaries for Flow, Turning your Wounds into Wisdom, and Initiation for Awakening. Each of these will support your work and those you serve.
- Ethical Offerings: Learn to craft your Service through containers that build healthy relationships with those you serve. Gain discernment on why you are showing up the way you are, and whether it aligns fully with integrity.
- Leadership: Be a Leader in your field by breaking free of the outdated dogma, and pioneer a way of showing up with more courage, dynamism, and creativity as you align with integrity.
- Deeper Foundations for Higher Service: Understand your own values and allow them to inform your focus and path.
- Sacred Teachings & The Laws of Existence: An understanding of the Higher Order of the Universe, the way it all works together to support us in our work. Make sense of what may seem random, but is divinely ordered within and around you.
- Work with your Guides & Ancestors: Recognise the influences that can awaken gifts within you, and help you to apply them in your work. This includes grounded, real life application of divine guidance in your every day existence.
- Healing the Past to be more Present: Learn from your past stories and circumstances, so that they serve instead of hinder. Change your perspective to one that is more holistic, understanding your cycles of learning and awakening,

What you Gain from this Immersion...
- Monthly expansive sessions & ceremonies with me: We will follow tried and tested processes, but with enough room to adjust. If you are going through periods of change, challenges meant to teach you or wake you up, we will schedule your sessions around events like these, to ensure that you are wholly prepared for what comes your way, and able to bring the goodness (and greatness) of these lessons back down to earth. Our private sessions will be held each month for 90-120 minutes, usually booked on Tuesdays and Thursdays.
- Hedonic Engineering & Tailored Ritual Planning: We will address your rituals, or lack of them, to get your mind and body into a state of flow. Once these are in place, you will begin to invite in more ease, more clarity, more grace. We'll schedule your life according to the seasons, astrological transits, the body's natural rhythms, in ways that work with you. The more you live within the natural patterns and rituals of the energetic world, the easier it becomes to live in flow with your work and your Dharma.
- Tools that work: I will introduce to you tried and tested tools to expand your consciousness, with your feet still on the ground. Together, we will create a path and plan to build your courage, confidence, and natural abilities. You'll have new ways to move your body, move your energy, move your mind! We will create daily practices for you to form a rhythm within your life, learning to 'hack' into flow states and live from a higher perspective and paradigm.
- Healing on Every Level: Our sessions will include resolution of karmic ties, out-dated belief systems, limitations of the mind and body. This will include Ancestral obligations and cycles of suffering, unfinished business from your Past Lives, and drama from within the Collective Consciousness. Together, we will heal the causes of suffering within, from this lifetime and every other.
- Be a part of the ReMembering Collective: I hold seasonal events every month, to end one season and welcome another, to shift with the eclipses, and adjust course at mid-season. We also hold regularly scheduled group Teaching/Healing calls working through a specific program of learning and evolution, which will contribute greatly towards your journey to mastery. - Deeper Understanding of your Birth Chart and how your inclinations guide your path: I will talk you through the major points of your birth chart, addressing aspects of your personality, archetypes, and purpose. Understanding this helps to inform your understanding of yourself, which deepens your experiences of a divine being in a human world. We will refer back to your chart throughout the container, to assess current transits, and what is 'in the stars' for you.
- A Deeper Connection with your Guides and Ancestors: We will spend time with the guides who have the wisdom and skill to best assist you now and in the future. You will learn more about your energetic support system, and how to utilise these connections in the most effective ways
- Initiation to the Elements & Higher Planes: Learn to tap into the Laws of Existence, your Ancestral Wisdom, guidance from the various Planes at will, deepening your own understanding, and your impact within what you offer
- Hands on practice: Assist Jennifer during events, and spend time before and after learning to craft containers, understand what to include (or not) to create a great experience, support the group in holding space and facilitating healing and learning, and time after to integrate the what you witnessed and experienced in supporting the facilitation.
- Crafting of your own offerings: Receive support to choose a model of work that aligns with your lifestyle, energy flow, and desired paradigm. Fine-tune what is working, and discard what is not.
- Regular check-ins and accountability with Jennifer: connect with Jennifer via email throughout the container, for clarity and encouragement, grounded mentoring when you feel you need it most
- Curated Resources, just for you: Jennifer will suggest books, resources, and connections based on your needs and desires, to help you evolve in ways that will best serve you

Who is not going to resonate?
We are likely not a divine match if you are:
- Simply looking for a hack or quick way to enlightenment. This container is a journey, which will clarify the path, but is not a way to bypass the understanding or embodiment.
- Resisting opportunities to honestly address what is working in life, and what is not. And then do something about it. Our time together will require you to be honest with yourself, around what is not working, what no longer aligns, and a willingness to relinquish what does not serve you in your service.
- Unwilling to address and resolve out-dated belief systems, fear of yourself, or the surrounding world. These indicate a lack of truth, love, alignment, and now is the time to embrace your light and lightness of being.
- Unwilling to dedicate 12 months to epic transformation, understanding, and healing for yourself. A short period of time for a great increase in quality of life and within the work that you offer.
- Unwilling to recognise, develop, and really live your virtues, the best of yourself, and share these with others. This is why we're here. Living our gifts is not always the easiest choice, we often default into old patterns. But it is the way to greater compassion, sincerity, courage, and all you want to share.
Why choose to work with Jennifer in this way?
This path is tailored to your journey and pace. While courses are powerful and transformative, we often miss out on an opportunity to be individually coached, directed, or encouraged. Many healers and leaders attempt to cobble together mentors and guides along the way, often with a degree of success, but this container provides 1:1 dedicated guidance, AND the benefit of group support within the membership. You do not have to figure this all out on your own!
Many modalities will teach you how to heal others, philosophies will help you process the information, but the embodiment of Healer, Heal Thyself is a missing component. When we heal our own perspectives and emotional pain, we become clearer channels for more complete healing and guidance. We release the filters and perspectives that cloud or confuse judgement, and we become greater in our service. We will clean the lens of your judgements so that you can see people for who they really are, and gain clarity on what they really are seeking.
There are many healers and leaders within the world, but fewer who walk the path of the embodied. We can tell the difference between who has done the work, healed their wounds, and is applying the learning on a daily basis. This is your opportunity to join us as an awakened human, who knows the theory and practice, but also lives them every day.
And within the container, there is a dedicated schedule, process, and progression to walk you through each of these, step by step. You are not alone, you are part of something greater, and you belong with those also taking the courageous steps to serve the world.

Twelve months of healing, guidance, & support
We will work together for 12 months, enabling you to drive deep and really plant the learnings, which will inform the rest of your life. We will connect 1:1 each month, as well as online within the membership group events. The more you show up, the more deeply you evolve.
Connect with Jennifer throughout
We will schedule regular sessions, creating a rhythm for evolution. You will also be able to check in with me throughout the process, via email and/or short calls, to ask questions and assess your alignment. You have the opportunity to be mentored through your processes, making the way more graceful.
Develop Foundations for a Life of Service
All that we do during this process can be used again and again, with tools that work, healing that purifies, and wisdom that guides your present and future. Everything here serves a purpose of clearing the noise and distraction, so that you can build with beautiful focus and meaning.

My History
My professional and spiritual journey:
Over the past 27+ years, I have dedicated my time and energy to learning all that I can about the subconscious mind, identity, creation, consciousness, quantum mechanics, and all aspects of Soul Purpose and Embodiment. I was awarded a BSc in Psychology in 2001 and worked with youth and adults with complex needs for over a decade in the USA and UK. I began to delve more into healing and philosophy in 2008, certified as an Acu-detox Specialist, and as a Reiki Master Teacher in 2009. Later that year, I also certified as a Theta Healing practitioner and instructor, travelling across Europe and to America to continue my training with the founder, to become one of the leading instructors of Theta Healing in the United Kingdom.
Over the past few years, my training has taken me deeper into plant and natural medicine, supporting my own growth and transformation, along with Leadership and Flow Performance Training with Jamie Wheal & the Flow Genome Project. I have also served a few times as a mentor for the Flow Genome Project's Leading Through Fire program, and earned a Professional Certificate with the Alef Trust, in their Altered States, Psychedelics, and Transpersonal Psychology.
