I pulled cards for my meditation ritual this morning and wanted to share the messages that came through. They feel perfect for our time now, in the approach to the Pisces Lunar Eclipse, drawing us deeper into intuition and flow.
The first was the Temperance card. Temperance is something I once resisted - the idea of walking the middle path never sat well with me. I’ve always loved immersing myself fully in my passions. I love to laugh loud, to obsess over what calls me. But over the years, I’ve found wisdom in Temperance. Because it isn’t the “boring middle.” It calls us to move out of extremes, of judgment, addiction, rage, illusion, and into something more whole, more complete. It invites us to choose the very best of each polarity. To embody the divine within both the feminine and the masculine. To create space for rest, play, study, and discipline. The grace of Temperance is not in flattening ourselves into moderation - it is in rising higher, weaving harmony into brilliance.
The second card was the Empress - the creator, the giver of life and beauty. This powerful archetype lives within us all. She does not apologize for who she is. She does not bow to pressure or obligation. She is dignified in her giving, clear in her choosing, standing tall no matter the storm. Through this understanding, we embody courage, decisiveness, and the path of higher truth.
And the third was the Muse of Emotion. When we master our emotions, we are no longer swayed into destructive choices or addictions. We recognize emotions as teachers, showing us what is out of alignment, and what is deeply resonant. They move through us, temporary but necessary, profoundly divine.
You may find that one of these cards calls to you, reminding you of what longs for more of your attention, what you are ready to more fully embody. I encourage you to follow your intuition:
What can you surrender, to become more Temperate?
What can you embrace, to awaken your inner Empress?
What can you face, so that the movement of emotion feels more easeful, more holy?
A few questions to hold in meditation over the coming days:
Where have I become too extreme, too fixed in my thinking or reactions? How can I align more truly with my inner self?
When do I forget that I am a Creator? What will remind me to choose what best serves?
Which emotions pull me into old patterns, cravings, or addictions? What truth can I see that disrupts these cycles?
This is a powerful time to heal and evolve. Set aside moments each day for what matters most. Allow your intuition to guide you toward the medicine and the grace that you seek.
Sending blessings to each of you, for Temperance, for Dignity, for Divine Mastery.
