Are you fighting the world, or working with what is Present?

Over the past few months, I've been watching shows and movies focusing on racing. I have been fascinated by the strength, speed, and responsiveness of the drivers, mechanics, and teams involved, working together like a complex dance, a complicated piece of music - the drivers exhibiting mastery of their senses, intuition, ability to read the road and conditions, the cars around them, the elements present.

In 2020, I was in Cambodia, marveling at the weaving of cars, bicycles, pedestrians, and motor bikes carrying multiple people with all of their bags and cargo. The roads were full, seemingly chaotic, but somehow, everyone was aware of what was happening all around, working with what was present, instead of fighting each other as they moved.

All of these scenarios present a picture of chaos, controlled chaos at best, but when you feel into the energy, there is pure flow at play.

I know that a lot of us have felt that we are floundering with the perceived chaos around and within...

How do you Create with Deeper Awareness?

The Gift of Ritual => Conscious Creation

One of my main focuses over the past decade has been around Conscious Creation, it feels like the key to everything. When I feel into the energy of a conscious choice, a realisation, or a moment when I lean into a new possibility, there are a few things at play.

1. I am Present. I let the distractions drop, my mind becomes calmer, everything slows down a little. Feel yourself move into the present moment now...

2. I am aware of Cause & Effect. I understand that what I choose now will create something else, which can build momentum if I continue to follow. Begin to see the threads of what you are living in this moment, based on what you chose in the past...

3. I remember what I have chosen in the past that has not worked, and what has. I have discernment to understand from a higher perspective, without regret or fear directing me, simple clarity of the greater laws of creation. Allow yourself to feel and witness...

Transcending Time, entering the Eternal

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that you are enjoying the change of season, feeling supported by the cycles of life!

Have you ever experienced a moment that stretched out longer than it 'should'? We often have days that go by in a flash, or hours that drag on. Usually this relates to the activities we are engaged in, where our focus lies, the ways we are using our time, and how connected/resonant we feel in those moments...

But I want you to focus on the small moments where time stood still, where life slowed down, maybe colours were brighter, sound was deeper, where you were so IN the moment, that that was all that existed.

So many of us are looking at ourselves from the outside. Recalling a memory is like watching a movie, where we witness what we remember, but it may feel outside of us, as though it could have happened to anyone. This is usually...

Transformation: The difference between Trade and Become

In a world of contrast and contradiction, we often look for ways to trade one for another. To change one circumstance for another, one relationship for another… But these exchanges take up time, energy, and often leave us wanting. Our comfort zones are limited and limiting, our past experiences colour our perceptions of what is possible to create. We look to the past and to others around us to see what is on offer, because we believe that we need to follow. But if we are always following the past, we never create a different future, we only create what has been.

We watch other women to see what is acceptable as a woman. We look to other men to act in ways that are expected. We emulate leaders and others in places of power to fill those roles. We watch teachers in an attempt to teach others, or ourselves.

We listen to the stories of our ancestors’ suffering and pain and assume we will endure the same. We read the stories of our histories, full of abuse, pain, and waste,...
