What are you Completing now?

What Are You Now Completing?

We are officially in Eclipse Season, and I've been counting the days. As we step into the portal, I notice that my focus has been pulled toward the past, toward what I began six months ago with the last eclipses, but also around nine and eighteen years ago, when the nodes of fate were last in Aquarius and Leo.

When I think of a lifetime, I see a small linear thread moving from past to present to future. And then I zoom out and see circles and cycles instead, tiny and vast, short and long, daily, weekly, yearly, spanning decades, some overlapping, some moving through others, some regular and some not. It's like looking at music, a single melody set against the entire orchestra, complex on one level and yet somehow, on another, entirely coherent.

I attended a Metallica concert last month and was moved to tears (yes, that surprised me too). What struck me as so profound was that four incredible musicians were each individually playing their hearts out, each...

The necessary Pause Point, before you begin

Just before eclipse season begins, I have a pause point built in. On Thursday we leave for five days in southern France: time with wonderful friends, books on the beach, food worth lingering over, and the adventure of being somewhere different. We weren't thinking of the eclipses when we booked, but of course, the timing has turned out to be perfect.

As someone who consciously works with the eclipse cycles, here's what I'll be doing, and deliberately not doing, over the coming week, and why.

The benefit of a pause

Momentum can be seductive - full schedule, a familiar rhythm, patterns of living that carry you forward without asking much of you. When those patterns are healthy and directionally true, they serve. But when they've begun to skew, even by a degree, momentum becomes the problem. You travel faster in the wrong direction, and then correction tends to turned slowly, with effort.

A disruption interrupts that. A pause lets you check in before the correction becomes costly. You...

The Great Benefic enters the Heart - this week changes things

Energetically, this week is a significant one. I won't get into every detail, there are many, but two movements are worth pausing for, because they have the power to spark real momentum in the months ahead.

First up, Jupiter, the Great Benefic, moves into Leo, the sign of the Heart.

Sit with that for a moment. The largest planet in our solar system - the one that brings gifts, that expands everything it touches - arrives in the sign of the Heart. That is not a small thing.

Your gifts may live in many places - in the clarity of a sharp intellect, or the beautiful flexibility of an open mind. In the way your body moves, in dance, in athleticism, in strength. In your imagination, which conjures art and music and poetry from what others cannot yet perceive. Or perhaps your gift is the community builder, with the ability to make others feel truly seen, to draw resonant souls together, allowing them show up as themselves.

Take a moment, feel into your gifts, and notice what happens in yo...

The Untwisting Begins

Who has been feeling it over the past 6 weeks? Exhaustion, brain fog, maybe some irritation or impatience? Maybe you've also had bursts of energy, windows of clarity, inspiration to pivot in some area of your life...

Here’s the news - this is all going to begin to untwist and calm through the weekend. This week, we move through a new moon, the end of winter and mutable water, the beginning of spring, the beginning of Aries season and cardinal fire, and out of Mercury retrograde. It’s all happening. For real.

So not only are we closing out 6 weeks of powerful eclipse movement, but stepping into a new astrological year and natural season. And there will be no planets in retrograde for 7 weeks, meaning everything carries a sense of forward movement - fewer obstacles and distractions, less getting in the way or holding you back. When you look at how it’s all lining up, it’s kind of extraordinary.

So in the spirit of this divine alignment, timing, and forward motion, I want to get you th...

The deep inhale, before the dive

Tomorrow, we move through the portal of the first eclipse, and I wanted to share a little guidance to help you navigate this moment in time.

I often find that the day before an eclipse feels like a deep inhale. There can be anticipation, curiosity, sometimes a flicker of nervousness. It’s the moment before you dive into new water.

If you’re anything like me, you might dip a few toes in first, testing for a shock. You check how clear the water is, how far you can see, whether it’s calm or choppy. You glance at the sky. You assess the weather. Not because you need control, but because you want to feel prepared for the plunge.

When we spend time before an eclipse meditating, setting intentions, examining our desires, and playing with possibility, this is what we are doing. We are preparing ourselves for an experience that is not entirely controllable - the weather will do what it does, the tides will move as they move - but we ground ourselves in our own ability to navigate what arises...

Equinox Guidance: Release is Necessary for Nourishment

Hello beautiful beings, and Happy Equinox!

We’re standing in such a potent portal right now. The second eclipse has just passed, the season tips into Libra, and today we meet Autumn. It’s a threshold moment - life asking us to move forward, once we’ve truly committed to unburdening ourselves.

The weeks after an eclipse aren’t about rushing ahead, they’re for integration. Some people picture this as energy sinking into the Earth, or settling into the body. I’d invite you to take it one step further: integration happens through action. It’s the devotion of committing, and then following through.

We’re all skilled at talking a good game - planning, imagining, mapping out the steps. But how often do those intentions dissolve into convenience? We plan the nourishing meal and end up grabbing the easy option. We say we’ll walk, but the day slips by. Intention is powerful, but only when you carve out the space for its blessings to actually land.

And if a new season feels overwhelming - if ...

Which is calling - Temperance, the Empress, or Mastery of Emotion?

I pulled cards for my meditation ritual this morning and wanted to share the messages that came through. They feel perfect for our time now, in the approach to the Pisces Lunar Eclipse, drawing us deeper into intuition and flow.

The first was the Temperance card. Temperance is something I once resisted - the idea of walking the middle path never sat well with me. I’ve always loved immersing myself fully in my passions. I love to laugh loud, to obsess over what calls me. But over the years, I’ve found wisdom in Temperance. Because it isn’t the “boring middle.” It calls us to move out of extremes, of judgment, addiction, rage, illusion, and into something more whole, more complete. It invites us to choose the very best of each polarity. To embody the divine within both the feminine and the masculine. To create space for rest, play, study, and discipline. The grace of Temperance is not in flattening ourselves into moderation - it is in rising higher, weaving harmony into brilliance.

What do you Glorify that is Totally Ordinary?

I've been listening to Cutting Through Spiritual Materialism lately, and I keep having to pause it, often mid-sentence, to ponder the points within...

I shared a piece of this during one of the recent eclipse events, but it’s asking to be mentioned again, with more space to explore.

There’s a passage in the book about being open that stopped me - We tend to revere those who seem open-hearted, open-minded. We place them on pedestals, believing that they are the enlightened ones, the “examples,” the ones who figured it out.

But we’re missing the whole point.

Because being open isn’t some rare, saintly feat. It’s not reserved for mystics or those who meditate at sunrise every day.

Openness is our natural state. It’s actually easier to be open than it is to be closed, guarded, defending, suspicious.

Take that in:
We believe that kindness is rare.
That compassion is hard.
That love is fleeting.
But none of that is true.

The truth? At the core of each of us is love, honour, grace.

And mo...

Want to Flow? Choose Form.

What a weekend! The Aries Solar Eclipse has ignited, activated, and illuminated the path ahead. Some may feel the momentum as an effortless next step. Others may meet resistance, confusion, or fear. But here’s the truth: drifting through life, waiting for direction to appear, isn’t going to work. Your mission (should you choose to accept it) is to consciously choose the path, set the course, and then take it.

Lately, I’ve been shown again and again the relationship between Form and Flow. But this time, the focus has been on the importance of choosing the form first.

We love to talk about flow states, how they can heal, inspire, and make life easier. But here’s what often gets overlooked: Flow requires a structure to move through. It needs a container, a direction, a choice.

Try this (and let your inner child play with the idea) -

If you want to move, think, feel, and create with ease, what 'shape' would support that? A cheetah is built for speed. A jet is engineered for flight. An ...

Are you prepared to embrace destiny?

Eclipse season is here - a portal of transformation, a call to alignment, an invitation to meet your destiny with open arms.

I love this time of year. Not just because I know we can heal, shift, and evolve at any moment, but because eclipses have a way of amplifying everything. They turn up the volume on what’s been whispering beneath the surface. They move things forward -ready or not. And if we work with this energy, rather than against it, we can accelerate our growth in ways that feel almost magical.

So, how do we prepare? How do we move through this with clarity, courage, and grace? I wanted to share a few of my own practices and rituals that help me navigate these powerful cosmic tides. This isn’t a rigid checklist, it is simply an offering. Take what resonates, leave the rest, and shape a practice that truly serves you.

Find Your Focus

Clarity is power. Choose one key area of life to focus on. The temptation is to bring everything to the table, to fix all the things at once....
