Transcending Time, entering the Eternal

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that you are enjoying the change of season, feeling supported by the cycles of life!

Today, I wanted to continue our deep dive into STER, and more specifically on the concept of Timelessness.

Have you ever experienced a moment that stretched out longer than it 'should'? We often have days that go by in a flash, or hours that drag on. Usually this relates to the activities we are engaged in, where our focus lies, the ways we are using our time, and how connected/resonant we feel in those moments...

But I want you to focus on the small moments where time stood still, where life slowed down, maybe colours were brighter, sound was deeper, where you were so IN the moment, that that was all that existed.

So many of us are looking at ourselves from the outside. Recalling a memory is like watching a movie, where we witness what we remember, but it may feel outside of us, as though it could have happened to anyone. This is usually...

Living with Selflessness

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that the recent full moon in Aries has inspired you to clear the way, so that you can express your personal Dharma more clearly and effectively!

I wanted to continue our deep dive into STER, and more specifically today on the area of Selflessness.

A lot of the teaching within the healing/conscious community will state that we need to destroy the ego, or deny our humanity, in order to expand into unity. But I believe that these teachings are incomplete and outdated...

A feeling of selflessness is not a denial of the unique gifts you hold or the journey you take. It is simply your opportunity to release attachment to the surface identity, enabling you to remember your connection with All that Is.

When we become to focused on 'me', we trip over the conflicting roles and identities. We lost sight of the bigger picture. This is simply a call to heal and release the labels that are too small, too fixed, and incomplete.

As we shed those layers, we...

Which ingredients are you adding, and do they hold the quality you desire?

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that Libra Season is supporting you in addressing your relationships, boundaries, and conscious choices!

I wanted to send some info today on STER. This is something that Jamie Wheal talks a lot about, and I regularly include elements of STER in my decision making and conscious choices.

S= Selflessness

T= Timelessness

E= Effortlessness

R= Richness

When we are able to release attachment to the self, when we lose our grasp on time (past or future), when the flow is effortless, and when the quality of the experience is rich, we know that we are surfing in the sweet spot of life.

Our minds often like to compartmentalize, and focus on one thing at a time. So we may feel that we should only focus on one area, one quality, a singular 'thing'. But I am going to suggest that you add a few more ingredients to the mix to help you fine tune. It may seem to complicates things, but in reality, it helps to filter...

Your Relationships with others begin within You

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that you are feeling more organised and flowing with a healthy rhythm at the end of Virgo Season!

Tomorrow, we enter into Libra Season, which brings focus to our relationships. And really, anything & everything within and around you could be addressed during this time. We relate to various aspects of the world in different ways, based on our perspectives, experiences, and memories. And if we want to change the relationship with something outside of us, we have to go within...

When I feel into the energy of the next month, I see lenses being adjusted, cleaned, removed. I see stories and dramas resolving and clarity giving new shape to perspective. I feel cravings lessening, and habits fading. I hear clear communication, discernment of expression...

And a shift in perception around Relationships in general- Instead of seeing them as difficult, confusing, overwhelming, what if it could be simpler?

What if we could surrender the obstacles and...

What would inspire you to take action today?

Over the past few weeks, I have held a lot of sessions and conversations around internal vs external action, and the difference in outcomes.

Many of us have been taking time 'out', or maybe more IN. There has been a lot of thinking through things, connecting with emotion, creating more awareness around motivations and expectations, and the connection between mind, heart, body. I know that a lot of answers have surfaced, 'aha moments' realised, and some settling and centering of energy. And it has been important to process through these and to bear witness to the internal resolution and healing that has been unfolding.

So what now? The temptation to continue to sit in the internal can pull us from active learning and healing into passive waiting or delay. And there is a fine line between conscious patience and planning, and avoidance of implementation of the learning.

As we move towards the Autumn months, we move towards the harvest, where we reap what we have sown over the past...

Could Reframing your Story Lead to your Greatest Awakening?

When you consider a REFRAME, what comes to mind? As I have meditated on this over the past few weeks, a few ideas have become clear...

We are natural storytellers. We build our identities, plans, and perspectives upon stories that we have lived or heard. But because stories are created through the filters of perspective, they are not always honest recounts of what truly happened, or inclusive of the entire story. We often share from one side, one perspective, which is in truth, only a partial account.

So when looking to gain the full picture, there are a few ways to reframe, to make it more inclusive, to witness more detail, and gain clarity.

The first option with a reframe, would be to focus on the aspect of Time. There will have been periods when a difficult patch in a relationship or job seemed justifiable, believing that it was a temporary issue. But when that issue extends into months or years, the story has to change. Adding time to the...

Are you seeking a Map or following your Compass?

When I 'tuned in' to decide what to share with you this week, I received a question: 'What is on the table?'

This question fits in with so many conversations I've had lately, so it feels like perfect timing to explore. The idea around this question, 'What is on the table', involves taking a look at what is already before you, because it is what you previously manifested.

At this moment, there are people feasting because they spent time creating, planning, working, prospecting. They are feeling nourished by their choices and actions, and are 'fed' by the results.

Many of us are feeling hungry, because the fruits of what we previously created are either no longer producing, or are no longer satisfying.

Sometimes, we can find it difficult to know when to 'be patient', when to act, when to initiate change. For those of us going hungry, feeling undernourished, the time is now!

Here is the interesting bit: If you are doing what has worked before and it is no longer...

How can your healing expand your impact upon the world?

Hello beautiful beings, I hope that you were able to navigate watery Cancer season with lots of Grace! We are now in Fiery Leo Season, in higher visibility, shining brighter, living from heart and soul. I am already feeling the shifts and enjoying the energetic sunshine!

Today, I feel inspired to write about what gets in the way of being greater leaders, teachers, healers, and guides.  The short answer: Our deepest , oldest wounds.

It is often our oldest wounds, the ones that feel most difficult to resolve, that can be the key to our greatest liberation, but also in sharing our greatest gifts.

We deeply desire to be of service, and to have an impact, especially when times are tough and the world desperately needs us. But if we are still cycling through old patterns and ways of seeing the world, we limit and diminish what we can offer.

If we are burnt out, we have little to share.

If we are in pain, we shy away from witnessing the pain in others.

Are you Lacking, or Learning?

The Difference between Progress and Process

First off, I wanted to thank everyone who attended (live or after) our Activating your Inherent Gifts event on Sunday!  I deeply appreciate our time together, and the insights and healing that we share!

As I was preparing last week, a new thought came to mind: Are you Lacking, or are you Learning? It made me stop and reassess what is going on in my life...

Like many over the past few months, things have slowed down with work, and I have been working through ways to pivot and compensate for the global changes that are affecting all of us.  And, as we humans can do, I was becoming increasing critical of what I might be doing wrong, where I was missing something, the ways I am lacking in skill or know-how.

When we make perspectives black/white or right/wrong, it pulls us into the extremes of a polarity (I wrote about this recently), and can feel pretty lost or hopeless there.  So getting out of a...

Are you choosing through your Wounds or your Strength?

Acting from Strength, not from your Wounds

I have been watching the world around me lately, pondering the motivations that stir/push/move us to act. Various periods throughout history, as well as shifting consciousness, expectations, limitations, and what is considered 'acceptable' have woven throughout the meditations and observations, and I have again, come to the conclusion, that history repeats because we repeat.  And that can either serve us in beautiful ways, or slow our chances for healing, progress, freedom.

In terms of our negative choices, behaviours, and reactions, we are able to look back at the wounds and trauma that motivated us to react in such a way.  A broken heart motivates us to shy away from vulnerability and a chance at new love.  An overly strict or controlling parent can motivate us to avoid making our own choices because that had always been done for us.  A manipulative family member may motivate us...
