Historically speaking, we are in an interesting place (I think that's the one thing we can all agree on right now!)  The events of the past few years have highlighted the duality within humanity, and brought a lot of fight, anxiety, and fear to the surface.  We argue over human rights, healthcare and wellbeing, power, freedom, and what each of these mean to each of us.

In truth, we all want to feel better, healthier, more aligned, more harmonious within.  We just have different ideas of how to get us there.

Recently, I have been meditating on modalities, philosophies, religions, different paths, different paradigms.  I have come to the conclusion that each of these is simply a key or a doorway.  But I am not interested in those... I am only interested in what is beyond.  I am only focused on what is behind the door.

I have been meditating a LOT lately on the elements of Leadership, and more specifically on how to lead when we feel that we are depleted, slowing down, or that we are falling behind.

Here is what I believe about leaders and leadership:

Leadership is a Calling, an act of Service that comes from Soul, Dharma, beyond a single human lifetime

Leaders work best when inspired from within, instead of motivated by reasons outwith themselves

Our capacity and ability to lead comes from the best within us, our divine gifts

It is expressed through action, through the choices we make each and every day (not in what we choose to do every once in awhile when we have to)

We first must learn to lead ourselves, to be consistent, focused, and to live with integrity and honesty if we have any hope of supporting or leading others.

We are nearing the end of eclipse season, a time to clear your mind and body, to recalibrate your course, with fresh eyes and intuition.  For many, the past 6 weeks have been changeable, a bit of a roller coaster, unsure of the coming days or even moments.  As this energy begins to settle, we can assess what has altered and what has remained. 

For those who have been more courageous, consciously editing their minds and lives, what remains will be strong, and have integrity.  These are the foundations to build upon, they will last.  If we have hesitated, or allowed ourselves to remain in wishful thinking, there may still be options present that lead to nowhere.

We connect with a full moon lunar eclipse in less than 24 hours, and the effects have been intense, profound, providing an opportunity for unravelling.  As I tune into the energy, I am shown that we have a choice- between the journey we have been on, and the true quest.

So many have invested in a narrative for the lives they have outgrown, or that wasn't really meant to be.  This narrative likely motivated learning and evolution, but as the alignment wanes, so does the impact and outcome.

Each of us lives as the hero of our own story.  You are the hero, working towards  victory or specific outcome, and always against an enemy or adversary.  For those who use an adversary to motivate effort or movement, there will always...

Hope is an interesting word. I think that for many of us, it brings a mix of perspectives and memories.  People are afraid to hope, have felt let down by it, feel it is beyond grasp or understanding, or are simply unfamiliar with it.

I see hope as a very grounded experience of manifesting in alignment with our true selves, and making choices that create possibilities for what we deeply desire.

True hope is not false, airy-fairy, or ungrounded.  It is something that can be made tangible and real, something you can invite into the physical, into your relationships, into your plans and creations.
